Yea I also think the "people are leveling" excuse is running thin. Extremely casual people are still leveling, a few odd late comers are still leveling. My friend who plays once a week from China is 80 now.
These people still leveling won't contribute in any meaningful way to the pvp community on Lordaeron.
I do not recommend you come here as a pvper. Deathwing and Ragnaros have a larger base of pvpers, more bgs available, pvp tittles, and the prospect of a large server merge.

even Blackrock realm pvp is 2x more logical and enjoyable than Regnaros and Dedwing all together
