Got it after 1 hr of farming. It looks like Balanced Trillium Ingot has a higher drop chance , It dropped 6 times for me in 1 hr.Quote:

Yes it drops. I got mine after farming manifestations for about 1 hour,i am 9 frags in. It's real,it's working,you get all the recipes from the book.
