If highlvl in party, low lvl should not get proper exp.
If high lvl not in party (left after entering), he should be teleported out.

So play a healer? That's what I did, I leveled as shadow, but still healed dungeons just fine til 68 where I had enough gold to buy Duel spec.
But with that being said, I wouldn't mind if Warmane tweeked the price of duel spec to a 100 gold, most players around 60 could easily afford that and it could fix the issue and any hybrid class (spriest, ret pali, moonkin, ele sham, etc) could easily heal low level dungeons with little to no trouble especially if the group works with them and allows for mana regen.
Also like to point out that Blizzard decided that Lvl 40 and a 1000g back in WoTLK was more then fair as the game had been out for 4 years by then and it made since. Here on Lordaeron (and I know it goes against "blizz-like") not so much. Warmane has a constant influx of new players looking to get into WoW or looking to make the big switch from retail to private and a 1000g can be pretty steep. Lowering the cost is something they really should think about as it'd only benefit the community as a whole, especially with RDF disabled.
well if youre not dedicated to level 1-80 not dedicated enough for this realm, raids are hard its just not for casuals bro
We dont need people who cant even bother to level anyway :D
Can only confirm it. Me, I am leveling a priest as healer, mostly doing dungeons and related quests. I tried to find ppl who are happy to have a healer with them while questing, but most of them dont care and wont even respond (unless they are doing a team-quest. all begging for a heal then).
It's a pain in the *** and if you plan to get to level 80 fast you shouldnt try it out.
There's another reason not to play a healer: Most ppl dont know tactics and while you cant blame them for not knowing tacts, they arent even willing to listen to you. When some tank or dps keeps facepulling the whole dungeon, causing the group to wipe and after that starts to blame you for not pulling of some freaking miracle to keep the group alive - better have some unlimited patience.
There are the good sides of playing a healer, too. Being in a good team is fun, and being a healer forces you to play in teams. It's a multiplayergame, after all.
But well... there it ends. Just hope to find some nice players and guildies to do dungeons and heroics.
And that's the next problem: As a healer id rather stick to ppl I know than joining PUGs, which shortens the supply of healers even further.
Enabling RDF would encourage healers to go with PUGs more. I know there's no plan to enable it. But don't talk about hardcore in the context of WoW. WoW is nothing but timeconsuming and not even close to be a challenging game, so hardcore shouldnt be an argument for anything - it wouldnt be more or less "hardcore" with or without RDF,
So Horde has lack of healers? Ally has lack of tanks, prolly cuz theyre all geared to the teeth since its so quick to do. Im surprised more prople dont roll one or at least offspec it. Quickest spec to gear easily. No competition on items and can get groups whenever you choose.
