He he he. Mostly cynical as I like to feel people out. After RPing for years, you realize there are only a handful of effective, committed leaders capable of leading a guild of mostly strangers or ac·quaint·ances. Everyone wants to be chief though!!!! I've seen a lot of ****ty things go on and a lot of senseless backstabbing, especially when someone wants more power or feels threatened by another. Sadly, almost every since time it ends with people breaking into cliques, my internet friends vs. your internet friends power struggle or just forming their own guild with hard feelings. Much more ugliness then people trying to come together to find common ground and truely understand the other side's position even concerning the most trival stuff.Quote:
