Passing Queue

I am having the same issue currently. Purchased item Vibroblade for 5 coins 40 minutes ago and still getting put in que

We are looking into it right now.

We have identified the issue at hand, however there's a problem that we will be only able to resolve tomorrow. So players that are affected by this issue unfortunately will not be able to skip the queue until the issue is resolved early morning tomorrow.

Thankfully I'm at position 500 after almost 2 hours.............

I purchased a second item thinking it would work. :(

You should be able to resolve the issue by staying offline (no client active at all) for at least 10 minutes. Please do try it out and report if the issue is resolved.

Without going completely random and off-topic, but if you purchase any item for 5 coins on Lord, you get to skip the queue for 30 days? Can anyone link me where this information is located?

you also need to be Donor, so if you got the Coins via Gift or trade will not work

Can confirm. Just spend some coins in the market, skipped 2300 people :)

Hello. I have been having issues logging into the server even after making a 10 euro purchase. I made the perchase 2-3 days ago, but still get an insane que (about 1-2k accounts) However two friends of mine, one which isn't a donor, said that they have no que at all. Can you assit me with this issue?

i have also purchased 5 coins worth on my lord character and am still in queu can this get fixed........

When I spent the 5 coins on Lordaeron a few days ago it said I could skip the queue, and I still haven't been able to.

Yeah, the same for myself. I woke up late and got blasted with a 2k+ queue so i finally said screw it and bought a 10 coin item on Lordaeron.
I am still in queue.

Hello Warmane Staff,

This issue is still not resolved. I have donated recently and I am still in a queue for Lordaeron when it is maxed.

Should donating and spending coins on a character enable a queue skip? If it does, then it's not working for me either.
