Would be really nice if someone from staff would give formal answer here , and at least confirm that they are looking into the matter and planning to resolve this ....
Some nice person opened the bug tracker report - http://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/22986. But the report was closed as duplicate !? Correct me if im wrong but this is the only report on the matter that i can see open.
Yeaa!!! On my fav char my cap is 1650 and on my alt is 2200 -_-!!!
Fix that warmane!!!
Some players can buy gear with conq cause that they have 2200 cap and I still have to play 2 weeks for armor of 2250 conq!!!

Please Furiz find that post where they say this .... Because I can't.All of the evidence point otherwise, also what about some people who have 2200 caps on low rating ? All of this points out that it was ether a bug or something that they deliberately put in place to encourage donations.I would like if someone from the staff would join into the thread...

There are 3 Bugreports of this Bug in the Tracer and all of them are *Duplicate*... Yes warmane... go **** you too -.-
