Even with the recent bug you got 4-5 spawning next to the named tiget and 2-3 spawning near venture co
Rhinos are bugged at the moment but they still spawn intermittently. The current problem is that the spawn rate is much lower than intended, so the instant one of the few available rhinos spawns, it will probably be killed off.
