Agree. I have mats accumulated too because of this bug (Transmutation Master in my case). I confirmed the bug in the first link posted above 1 year ago, and after reading the last post in there made 2 months ago and this thread, it seems it's still not working...Quote:

It's really weird- I have a horde and ally toon who are both potion masters. Previously, I didn't get procs on either of them. Recently, however, I saw that I was getting extra procs on my ally druid. So I thought "great, it's fixed!" But then I saw I wasn't getting procs on my horde potion master.
Why this would be the case I have no idea. I'll test it some more tonight and see if the ally toon is still getting procs.

Actually, the problem seems to be that it only procs on low-level potions. I was making some Living Action Potion (a low-level potion) and got procs, but didn't on the level 90 potions.
