With shadowmeld that's like one spell to nullify, or an ambush, an escape plan, an interrupt, a continuation of a cc chain. If you're a draenei then instead of getting a hit rating gear for that 1% you can just use armor penetration instead + the self heal is actually nice, especially if you just broke out of a stun and about to die so you get that self-regen heal and then some extra. As dwarf imagine if you just got hit with garrote+wound poison & 5 CP rupture or druid rip, instead of using a CD you can just stoneform. Or that one full squishy pve gear spriest that did one plague on you and you can kill him if you didn't die from the one dot he put on you, stoneform would help that. With gnome it's just....a root removal :( I guess one more thing would be it's so hard to find their backs for backstab because they're so small and if the name plates are turned on you really just can't even see them.
