Issues with the DK starting zone

There is a mailbox between 3 houses in quest area. You will find a quest on it. It will move you other quests.

yeah im experiencing all this. got my char to 60 got deathcharger and no more quests? other people have quested with me and got them but i didnt

Relog or disable all buffs with right click or track low level quests on minimap.
What i know is limited to these.

I have used every suggestion from this thread and am still unable to proceed:

I have done all of the quests up until getting my mount, and now no longer have any quests available to me.
