I think scroll droprate chance on battlegrounds is somehow limited, cause no matter how often i play bgs, if its 5 or 50 per week i get 1 scroll per 3 weeks.
A lot more often it drops from raids. 1 per two raid runs.
I just came back after a break and can confirm it feels reduced. I only got one for month of playing and after one server restart - bam, it was gone :) And I was kinda hyped to transmog my shoulders with it. Found out it was gone after I bought them and checked ... rly unfortunate and weird. I haven't had items disappear after restarts.... especially when I possessed the item for like 2-3 days prior to that ...
