Here's my guess: The donation form was written in an unsafe manner, trusting client input and lead to a possibility to DDoS the service.
To take down the main money generating functionality, something like that must be the case.
I am just unhappy about the fact nobody is giving an update about the status, but I am sure they are working with high pressure on this. :D
I was worried they were getting pressure from blizzard or something

Sadly only vague information is being given and none to the time it may need to fix. Probably cause one cant rly tell.
