Yeah you are Right. I did some testing myself and 20% vs 72% APR the damage difference was aboth.. 150-300..
Tested on cloth and plate.. Funny thing was with more APR i did aboth 200 more dmg to Plate.
So yeah DV and WFS also is better then, more crit, more raw dmg.. +Full PVE with Agi gems<3
