No, I didn't say that, you mixed quotes. Also I think that is just visual, If you startto spam instant spell at 70% pyro cast your next gcd will be full 1 sec duration,so pyro-instant-1sec-next spell

And I can't test, my boomie still has wrath cast 1.01secs

My Wrath is .8s with NG proc at bis gear.

[_____GCD_____] <- 1 second
[___Wrath_____] <- 0.9 seconds
_______________[__Spellqueued spell__] <- queued during the last 0.2 seconds of Wrath, cast starts right after GCD.
