I inspect every single pug if my guild raids need some extra players. If we see x-mas EoF farm material, we simply automaticaly dont take him. We might miss some good guys too, but mostly who gear up this way, have no clue what they are doing, so its better to take chance losing some good guy for not getting nightmare player. About custom... Molten always had a lot of custom things... unfortunely you have to accept that
