I found a solution, this is a simple block by your firewall (for some reason it happens).
Simply dig into your firewall settings and find wow.exe and place it as unblocked.
That's it.
Worked fine for me on multiple devices.
I use BitDefender Antivirus so that crap tends to fail sometimes.

I had the same problem. Move your game folder into program files (x86) and it will work.
I did all you asked but still having this god damn problem.. Any other solutions?
