And goblin gives prompt only after you already obtained the key and deleted it,it says in chat text, he can "find your lost keys" or something like that

palced a bounty for guild rogues to get lockpicking up to 300+ just in case :P, goblin doesnt give any prompt which means i didnt have the key in first place, yay(not yay but whatevs). report about the missing quest started happening 2 months ago, none of them comfirmed or dismissed *for reasons unknown*
