Yup, 3 buttons.
Take Fire Blast off your bars and use HS and LB to move.
I mean, if you want to be a average or less mage you can play as you discribed.
Probably one like Mdma.

A "nochannel" macro is not needed at al.
There are cast bar addons that show you when you can press the button :-).
