Rimetooth is far better than Claw for PvP

The Sindy neck sims slightly better ;)

But ultimately the difference in practice is as imperceptible as it gets.

this is true for pve, but he asked for pvp, which haste has 0 value, unlike pve, rimetooth is better for pvp
