I'm all with you that there are players that have NO regard for a new player and are toxic and impatient, dungeon groups grief healers that want to stop for mana and tanks that won't aoe chain pull.
Now onto the OTHER side of Warmane players that nobody is offering any explanation to. These people have been playing on the same patch with no new content for several years now. What's new to you as a new player is procedure to them and they just want to get through it quick and move on with their day. So to these veteran players new players or a player that isn't "optimised" can be seen as toxic and burdensome. Not everyone natively speaks english either, so there's a whole other barrier.
All you as a player has control over is you, so I try to be cordial and if I'm not getting along I leave. There's always later or tomorrow to do whatever again. There is not gonna be a new expansion or patch change anytime soon. Get a guild that you can socialise with it helps.
