Moderators frequent the forums, other staff members do it rarely. If there are staff members working on an issue, wouldn't it be better let them work on it instead of constantly telling people "we are working on it".

Get Google Authenticator for your phone, enable it from MY Account -> Security. Much more convenient than email code.

mate i tried to bind the google authenticator, but the binding it self needs the code from the email. and once i received it and be filled in, it says "The provided email code is invalid, try again." and no another code email coming. this problem need to be saved, i dont want to lose the 1000usd i charged. thx
