is this viable for PVP???

I'm a new player to this game and I reached my warrior to level 54 . I've been playing the game normally but I found this cool two handed mace and I wanted to use it but I miss every single hit . Friends told me go hit dummies to get the miss rate down but it wasn't working I was in OG hitting dummies for 15 minutes straight I keep missing and my experience with two handed maces was still 1/275 any tips ? Thanks in advance

Start hitting NPCs in the world.
U dont get weapon skill when you hit a dummy.

I truly understand it's nearly a decade old post, yet I wonder if my understanding about this is correct in WOLTK.
As you've said, 3% hit rating added from talents though it doesn't show on our character pane. Does it mean, for a fury warrior, it is enough to reach 5% hit rating shown on your character pane to reach the cape?

No. because if you want to do more dmg, you don't want to spec into precision talent. get the hit from the gear or have a dranaei in your group
