Try these steps:
Rename the mod patches like "Patch-ruRU-A.mpq" and
put the patches NOT in data folder but in the folder inside Data "ruRU"

can anyone with a blood elf confirm if the laugh emotes work right ? /laugh works right but /giggle and saying lol/haha in chat doesnt work, works for other races tho. is this just me ?

- First, delete or rename (like this: xxx.mpq_) one file in Data folder (patch-W.mpq) and one file in Data->enUS folder (patch-enus-W.mpq)
-Unzip new patches and apply them in Data folder

Swift Frostsaber mount has no texture. Just figured it might get fixed someday if i post it here.
Ofc yes, if you post here bugs/glitches, they will be reported to the modder and eventually fixed.
Can't verify it atm, but have you tried exiting the game and re-opening it? White textures can also mean a load failure, not only missing texture.
