I am really interested in joining Blood Oath. I have three chars

However upon checking the questions on the form I don't know what to answer as I have 0 experience in HC.
I can only answer the class/ui- related questions.
Is there a chance I might join even if my chars don't have an amazing gear/if I don't know 25HC strategies?
I am currently stuck with pugs or guilds in which it's always "ok" not to be optimized while I'm always running full ench/gem + consumables and I cannot progress.
I'd like to try my luck here to see what it's like to run in an organized guild but do I stand a chance?
