I thought Austria had a different dialect or something, like French and Romanian both stem out of a latin language but are different, know what I'm saying ?

It would be more like the differences between the romanian people in transilvania speak, and romanian moldovians speak. It's the same language with regionalisms I guess it's the right word. Anyway bottom line is if you know german, you can understand both people with no problems.

You only do it in a section that gets leeway and you mostly do it against users, not Staff. If you change that, results might be different.
There's no need for so much, of course. You can just but ask and it will be provided, no need for "baiting."

what does insulting staff bring to people? I understand letting out frustration on the server, blowing off steam, getting angry about bugs or whatever, but why insult moderators, or staff members that literally have no control on the server and are on the bottom of the food chain so to speak? I can call Obnoxious a lazy bastard all I want but he has nothing to do with fixing the server itself so that brings nothing but more anger and frustration.

That you speak german doesn't mean you understand every German without any issues, so I would recommend doing research on the area you visit, if someone wants to visit Germany.

I speak german and I never had any issues understanding anyone in Austria. Regionalisms are a thing in every language, but generally you can understand. I also speak english and don't have any issue understanding any english speaker, be it aussie or american or brit. There are a ton of regionalisms in english as well, surely more than in german since it's so widespread. Neither of those language are my mother language.

I didn't talk about Austria, I said Germany. The language has such heavy dialects in some parts of Germany that it's literally impossible to understand, hence why I said that a check up for the regional specifics of the language when visiting Germany is advised. Even Germans run into issues understanding other Germans when they travel to certain areas within the country.
