S6E10 definitely the best episode in the entire GoT series imo.
Never understood people who watch GoT...

It's a cool show that appeals to normies and nerds alike. It's basically a recipe for success. I read the books (yeah, I'm one of those) and are infinitely better but I watch the show because it's good at times. Season 5 and 6 have been a steaming mess though.
It's a steaming mess mainly because the writing is nowhere near as good as in the first 3 seasons. There's multiple storylines that went nowhere, there's at least a dick joke in every episode that adds nothing to the atmosphere and nothing good in general. God deliver us from a scene with Varyns, Theon and Grey Worm in the same room. There's only so much suspension of disbelief a person is capable of and when I see another case of Sand Snakes and teleporting characters it'll be the time I go mad. The show severely dropped in consistency and it no longer follows rules that it itself have established. Little Sam is still a baby and Rickon is suddenly a grown up. Ramsay's dogs cross time and space and in the process, they end up serving Sansa and eating Ramsay. Don't even get me to talk about Sansa and how she needlessly let thousands of men, Rickon and Wun Wun die. Danny gets massive armies for no passable reason (which also ties with the thing I hate the most about this show, the cult of the badass) and she thinks that Mereen's success proves that you don't need slaves. Except that Braavos already exists but let's just forget that aspect, Mereen is where's at. Oh and I hope she tells everyone that raping and killing is not acceptable. Speaking of Braavos, we spent 2 or I don't remember how many seasons following Arya to learn that.... she learned nothing. The Hound's story is completely messed up and he learned nothing from it. In the end, he's still a violent mother****er because that's what the fans want. The whole sept thing could've easily been dropped.
The only good things are the King's Landing and High Sparrow thing and even that went nowhere interesting fast. It's the only part of the show that shows intrigue and machinations old school style.
It's painfully obvious that as soon as the books material ended and GRRM left the show, its writing quality dropped fast.
But if you are going to show me numbers and statistics, I have nothing else to say to you. Highest rating show me nothing but the fact that people love to watch who dies next and whom the dragons eat next, and youtubers just love to make reaction videos off it. It doesn't change any of its flaws and no ratings will change that. Besides, who's going to drop a show 6 seasons in?
Yeah, Warcraft was pretty bad.
If the Sand Sneks were going to have Dorne side with Dany anyway why not just keep the original Dorne master plan? Why'd they have to ruin season 5 and 6 with the poor Dorne storyline if the end result is the same and they had the better, albeit more complex, original storyline right there? Why cheapen the story?
