I just went to check the haste it's Right after looking at a retail vid on YT, his haste was 69.83 and his rune regen was 8.16s.

Molten simply fixed a few bugs. This can get updated if 5.0.1 comes out.
And , can anyone tell me the name of addon , which shows rune bars above action bars?
Ok I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm entirely new to the death knight class, and frankly I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the different skills and in what order/situation to use them.
I only recently hit level 85 on my dk and right now I feel like I have no clue what I'm doing in bgs.
Could you give me a brief rundown on a basic rotation I can use as a frost specced DK, I understand it's situational, but maybe there are a few spells you always use in a certain order to do damage.
Or can I find a basic pvp guide for frost dk's somewhere, because for a newbie this guide looks a bit challenging.

Magic runes is the addon I use, it lets you customize your bar.
As for uh... Rotation?... As a beginner duel wielding Dk my first mentor told me to practice with these main skills on my bar: howling blast, frost strike, obliterate. With death grip, chains of ice and outbreak/plague strike somewhere in there. Basically start with outbreak if you want, chains your opponent so they don't run, howling spam and dump RP with frost strike. Km proc, frost stroke most situations. When to obliterate? Only on cloth users at 35% or lower with all your burst procs up and youre going for that killing blow. Otherwise, km proc, frost strike. Play around with everything :o practice on friends, bgs and figure out for yourself what fits best.

ditch obliterate then. use necrotic strike always to slow and absorb heals. Many people will tell you that obli still works on cloth, it does but it's not a good habit. I just ditched it all together and stuck with frost strike, since in pvp it deals the same damage (ignores armor).Quote:

Working on getting my full honor pvp set now, already have 3 pieces.
Also, maybe I overlooked it in the guide, but what gems should I socket my equipment with?
I'm guessing it's dependant on my stats?
And what presence should I use? I always assumed it was frost presence (since I'm frost specced) but I saw a few people mention unholy presence is the best when using a 2hander, why is that?
Frost Presence = Bad. Forget it ever existed. Unholy in all cases, Blood to survive burst damage, etc etc...
Why? Frost DK's best secondary stat is haste(arguably mastery in some situation, not going to go into that), and you're close to the GCD cap. The 1s GCD, extra haste increase the damage you can pull out much more compared to an extra 10% damage: IE: 3 HB in 3 seconds(unholy) vs 2.4 howling blast in 3 seconds(frost). Lastly, the extra movement speed is essential in PVP
Gem - 40 Str for Damage, 20str 20resil for survivability. Get the 30 and 15/15 one if its your honor set.
