I kinda overlooked at Euro 2000 since Abel Xavier was stupid however when I saw them burning a portuguese flag this year I just said **** them.

He was born in Guinea but had all of his education in Portugal since he grew up in a public institution. He started playing in the regional league receiving ribs as a salary. Also you're almost right; He was pre-called to the squad while he was in Académica, by the end of the season, and when he moved to Braga and signed for Jorge Mendes he was called for the national squad.
