You can remove them from your contacts. I got tired of my old schoolmate who always wrote statuses like: "OH LOOK AT ME I JUST WENT JOGGING I AM SO PERFECT WHEN I DO LIFE THINGS".

If I was writing statuses over things like exercise, I'd be writing way too many.
