Is it just me who thinks that the artifact system is cool, but extremly clunky and unfinished? I think it's annoying for pve but it's been extremly cancerous in PvP, with specs getting nerfed every few days. It feels like you cant reliably put your points into a weapon because you gotta be afraid of it turning useless the following week. Overall, this wouldnt be a big deal, if you were somehow able to refund the AP you used already and infuse it into a different weapon. I switched from outlaw to Sub (pve wise) and my dreadblades which I leveled primarly just end up collect dust those days. Makes it feel very punishing to commit to a spec those days, I hope they'll adress that eventually.
I guess I'm fortunate that I have to rely on my class' sole dps spec. If nothing else, you have the artifact knowledge to make starting on another spec's weapons a little faster.

What was Blizzard actually thinking with that Neurotic debuff? Especially in dungeons with a major gauntlet part where it was of a wipe fest that part alone would remove the timer from the dungeon, let alone all the other trash/bosses.
