That's the great thing about playing it and wanting to improve, you have to change your mindset. Sure months ago I would have been a little toxic (to the other team generally), I still wouldn't flame someone. This is why you cannot improve at a game, you cannot be really motivated to improve by anger. You have to accept bad things will happen in your game, don't tilt, one bad game doesn't mean it's over there is always the next.
