There's a reason why people state that you only ask for a loan for two things: Your house and your car. Nothing else. Also if you really wanna cry about the price of a house in the US you should check the EU prices. You would shoot yourself.

If you don't have the conditions to sustain your own roof loan, something is wrong in your life and you should consider a change.

Ah, last year I was living in town in an apartment for a few months, was paying like $600/month for 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with all the utilities included. Now I'm back 20 miles out of town enjoying my time by the lake and the lack of cars lol
