RIP.
Yup. Those and the Blade Wings are the coolest things in the game imo.
And yet, you're still a youngin' compared to some of us. :p
I've had 7 dogs die (my dogs; have had many more, but they belonged to my parents) as far as I can remember - I've had enough that it's difficult to remember all of them.
It always hurts. It's not something I can get used to. Actually, the emotional impact over the years has gotten only worse, if anything.
Best you can do is recognize that you did your best to make sure the dog had a wonderful life, and that life they had is much better than many dogs have.
Back in my day this thread wasn't garbage
Back in my day I clearly saw this thread required some purging.
RIP 10 minutes of typing.
3 weeks ago I was 138lbs (~61kg). Now I'm up to 144lbs (~64kg?). 165 here I come :D
Nice job man you can do it!
Yeah I've been using myfitnesspal to help track my calroric intake and macros, it's awesome and easy. However...while my macros are largely on point (slightly overcompensating carbs with protein) my sodium and cholesterol is through the roof so somehow I have to shift to healthier carbs while maintaining my caloric goal and carb macros, while also fulfilling vitamin levels.
Nutrition is such a ****ing juggling act it sucks.
Meanwhile I'm terrified to step on my scales.
last time I did was before christmas and it said 104kg (230lb) at 6'2 (187cm) it's not that bad but still.
Ya'll can share some of me that might help.
That's a really good way to put it. Initial shock is always the worst. She's the first loss in my family that really affected me; all my relatives that have passed were distant and died when I was a kid, didn't really know them.
Hit the gym girl. I dislocated and broke my ankle in 3 places in Easter and was forced to be inactive for at least 5 months. I stress ate like a savage and gained quite a bit of weight. At 165cm I think I got close to 168ibs. The second I could start working out again I did and got down to 126ibs in 3-4 months.
Just find the motivation
