Faction balance

I know you guys at the dev team probably don't give 2 ****s about this.

Outland is at least 70% Horde, if not more. In my time leveling i encountered only very very few alliance players. 2 friends of mine rolled alliance and they basically can't level because every single zone has 5 hordes for each alliance players, sometimes even worse.

Horde is looking at 2 Hour+ queues for BG's very soon.

If you guys want to do something about this, offer free faction change to Alliance, block horde character creation for a few weeks (except for alts ofc) and offer alliance players a free 60% mount.

I have played on a few servers with such a bad faction balance and it can definitely snowball the server to death.

SHUT UP ALREADY and just deal with it, damn. I play both factions and get ganked from both sides. Freakin crybaby. Oh theres another one that wants a free mount just because hes lazy to make gold and cannot deal with world pvp. MAN UP

As a pure PvE Alliance player I'm starting to regret rolling Alliance, as it seems in the future it might be a pain in the *** trying to find dungeon groups etc.

Damn u're not the brightest out there are you? Most of the people saying something has to be done are actually hordes because there won't be any bgs later on. No bgs leads to no pvp gear, which will lead to no one playing decent arenas, which is why the majority is playing here in the first place.

all fun and games untill horde will sit 3 hours in queue for bg EleGiggle

I personally will stick to alliance until i hit 70 (1-2 days), then I'll see how easy or hard it will be to get into normal dungeons and we'll also know more about the BG situation. In case it all goes the worst possible way, I will have no choice but to give up on the server, like so many other alli players already have. Kinda funny to think how easy it would be for devs to solve it all with a single queue lock script, securing the server's future and finally ending all this commotion...

We do. We really do. The feedback we get is very important to us.

How about setting cap to 6500/6500 for both sides? Would be that even possible?

How do you do that? You can have characters in different factions in one account. The queue is to log into the server, not to enter the world as one of your characters.

I see no way to implement this. But yes, I really think that there should be something done... Like nerfing WotF... Something like that. This way it is more balanced and people'd to want transfer to Alliance (allowing it should be priority from my point of view).

Too many people just complaining about this issue and blaming to the staff as if they choose what should everyone of us play...

Guys, it's completely normal that many players go Horde. This is the first week of the server, give time to it because it's all that it needs. I don't know what say other than this. Try to play in group, go to dungeons, try level in other zones and this will be making the game fun to you. Just try another thing instead of cry and QQ all day.

We've discussed the idea. It seems improbable and unlikely, largely because the faction a person chooses to play is a decision made *after* logging in.

Actually some of us 'crying' do this because we don't want situation where all ppl go play as horde and the PvP is dead. I don't have a problem with lvling and stuff. Just don't want that gap between horde and alliance will increase over time
