I killed Vyragosa in Wrath, it was definitely working last year
I got him guys yeeeah !!! My story started 3-4 days ago when i saw and killed Vyragosa near the cave. Yesterday i started farming him seriously but i cant find him so i went to sleep. After i tried the route near Sons of Hodir and he popped i couldnt belive that because i was flying with ultra view distance and i just saw him from 20 yards.

This information is wrong. im sorry but its not correct. basically there are 3 rares that share a spawn time which infact there is no spawn time. i have TLPD on 6 chars and know literally every spot. firstly TLPD doesnt spawn 1 hour after vyragosa its all random and secondly the 3 rares that share it is. Dirkee,Vyragosa and TLPD it should be 4 aka: Skoll (the rare you can tame with a hunter) but unfortunatly they took it out due to it bugging in some way.
Basically all 3 of these rares spawn 1-24hours there is no defo time. i had 4 vyragosa's in a row in 1 day before and my first ever time i was farming i was farming for 2 days and had 6 dirkees and 1 vyragosa. so yea if you want to find TLPD just fly around untill you get it i suggest using multiple accounts at most popular spots if you learn where they are. mainly on that dotted map this post has its on a mountain top right of map but alot of the time if you kill TLPD it buggs into the mountain so dont get too excited if you find it xD but year valkry or w.e it called is another popular spot for TLPD. it simple just fly around if you find 1/3 rares just go do what ever for 1hour then come back i tend to come back once every 6 hours as i found it more effective.

hi Rebecca im sorry but , this is tested a long time ago , we formed a raid group and every person is in a vicinity of a spawn point and 1 hour is confirmed after the body despawned(decayed,disappear) . And in molten sharing spawn doesn't work well . Sometimes they can coexist with each other . What realm are you playing on ?
Don't mean to bump but, is the above post true? Molten's npcs' spawn points aren't working correctly for the WOTLK realms? Because in a way it makes sense. I have only seen two hordies with this mount.
Specifically Lordaeron btw. I've farmed days for that thing and haven't seen even a dead one. Luckily I have the green proto drake to make up for it :)
in cataclysm it is true , but i dont know about it in wotlk . Some npc can coexist , because we have an incidence where we found tlpd afterwards in another spawn point we found vyragosa in less than an hour .Quote:

Found it today.I wasn't even trying to find him ( I'am on Ragnaros.).Was just minding my own stuff when suddenly my addon alerted me that he was close.Killed him, looted him everything went normally.

Yea, I don't put too much importance into searching for TLPD based off all the "I was just minding my own business when..." stories, so I just fly around the most frequent spots it can appear in (figure 8 around Temple of Storms & Forge of the Makers, with extra emphasis on Bor's Breath) for about 15 minutes while chatting with my guild.
