I feel you, man. Same here. Completely disappointed about the experience in there.

Guessing some PvPers went Horde for the undead racial since it was the most OP in tbc.
so any warmane staff can answer , will be there alliance > horde faction change , or i must lvlup new horde toon ?
As i mentioned in another post, just reduce riding skill costs by half for alliance current and new players, its a nice boost at the start of the expansion and definitely not gamebreaking, allows easier access to tempest keep instances and kara attunement without having to try to farm outland zones at 70 for gold for flying while being gangbanged by horde.
Horde to Alliance faction change would be nice.. so Horde players, friends, little groups or even guilds could move to alliance.. Horde will have terrible BG que time probably so couple of players would move.. i think it would be a good first step to balance right?
I just logged after being ganked in Nagrand, a couple of hours ago. I turn my camera, there is a warrior charging at me.
I've just made my mind: I reroll horde. When something is done regarding faction balance, I'll try again my main.
Not doing anything about the faction balance is only going to make the Horde even more top-heavy than they already are.
Implementing faction change so early on wont change anything. Server only just opened and its x5, if people wanted to play alliance they would just make an alliance char. They need to do something else to balance it.
once they will start bg and have to wait 1-2 hour for a bg they will think about change for sure :) Alli wont have Q time so they can get gear much faster
Faction change can't help for fix this issue i believe.
If i were Warmane, i can give Alliance an One shot free queue pass for per day
"dead faction" has 5k+...
The concern is that the difference will become greater over time as the Alliance faces frustrations from the larger numbers of Horde to the point that it might as well be dead. Again this has always been an issue on Burning Crusade servers, the only reason it wasn't one on retail was because people had already leveled characters over the 2+ years before the Burning Crusade released.
Someone was already complaining a few pages back that they couldn't find groups for anything and it's only going to get worse. Multiple TBC servers failed because of faction imbalance, there's 5 threads on the main page about imbalance, and people requested something be put in place about the imbalance before the servers even launched because they knew this would happen. Yet people are still saying 'it will balance out', 'people will want faster BG queues', 'its only the first week' etc etc
Why do people have to keep spelling this out in 15 different ways for some of you to understand there's obviously an issue lol
