Back in the day (10 y ago) it was presumed this was because minority's was more fragile and therefore it wasn't accepted to attack them on the same premise, mainly because of the slave-trade etc.
However, today. I dare say there is quite a few more with mixed origin running around than "Arian white people".

Saying "******" is not racism. Treating other people unfarily because of their "race" is racism.
If someone "hates niggers", it's not racism, but if they refuse to give them a job because they're "niggers", that's racism.
I hate how terms are getting more and more messed up with the emergence of wikipedia and free information being spread all over. I suppose everything has a bad side to it.
Still, completely bashing the living conditions of someone's country is pretty rude. I hate it when someone considers my people a bunch of ugly, depressed drunkards who live in forests.
