Try with contact lens,some people use them for eye color only while others for myopia, :D

Technically they dont change colour, they just reflect the dominant colour of what is around you. I have photos of me with green and hazel eyes purely down to lighting. Luckly in sunlight like the picture Leona quoted they are bright blue.
