1-10 Starting area.
10-15 whatever is closer to you. you can also go Ragefire Chasm (ogrimmar)
15-25 Wailing Caverns / shadowfang keep
25-30 Razorfen Kraul
30-40 Scarlet Monastery
40-45 Sunken Temple
45-60 blackrock Depths
60-66 Hellfire Ramparts
65-68 Mana Tombs
68+ Go quest in Borean Thundra
If solo, then quest from 1-80 (from memory)
1-10 Starting area
10-20 Ghostlands /silverpine forest
20-30 Hillsbrad / Thousand needles
30-40 Arathi / Stranglehorn
40-50 Felwood / Tanaris
50-55 Western Plaguelands / Ungoro
55-60 Silithus / Winterspring /Eastern Plaguelands
60+ Hellfire Outlands
68+ Northrend Borean thundra / Howling Fjord
74+ DragonBlight
76+ Zuldrak Sholazar
78+ Icecrown Storm Peaks
