Question about that legendary proc. First question is that 45 second CD is that on the same target or just in general, and second question does the proc allow you to create shields on all targets for 15 seconds or just the target it procced on? ( in other words does it proc on a healer or on a specific target)
legendary gives you a buff which makes all heals during that time create shields on their respective targets. this includes ticks that you applied before you got the buff and tick during the proc.
