I just tested BS+SS again.
Was able to reach 100% mastery with some gear changes, buff food and mastery proc from windsong enchant.
It seems that there was some update because the chain proc of OS and SS is much shorter than it used to be.
They probably add the 0,1 sec internal cd to opportunity strike.

1)above 2.0k rating there is not just warr+healer comb. there is dk+healer comb too !! and 3 to 4 teams another classes !!
2)above 2.1k it is just warr+healer or 2x Warr or my team and 1 hunter(donor of course)+ warr
3) 2.2k++ just warr healers and mine I think and I saw warlock aff(donor)+healer !!!
I NEVER SAW A ARMORY LIKE that rating in RETAIL ->for whole ppl who saying its same damage as in Retail.
i did some good screenshots, so i can demonstrate what am i saying about warr's :D or 2xFurrys and there bs or the warr+healer combs !! to see that second WIND --- HOW WARRIOR LIKE A BOSS HEAL HIM SELF WITH SECOND WIND IN ELAPsed TIME LESS THAN 3 MIN 900k ;D he don't need healer:D and that LOW DMG in concernd to other classes! btw there is a lot donored noobs we rekt them!! but still carried by gear to 2.2k :D

I recorded the video a few weeks ago with 87% mastery and was able to trigger 184 OS and 191 SS during BS.
Yesterday i did the same thing with 102% mastery and triggered only like 60 OS and 60 SS during BS.
A implemented ICD of 0,1 sec on OS would explain the shorter chain proc on my recent test...
