Well no you actually have to be enable to answer things in general sooo i'd would say it require a actual human being taking the roll as a GM... THey want people not robots :P. You can get a bunch of questions about anything but if you don't know the answer or can't help them that's usually the response you get.... That's why most people go to the forums for assistance about things in general (asking Q/A members, using bug tracker etc). I dunno what to say but i didn't actually need CTA i just thought of everyone else :P

I made a ticket about it yesterday evening since even with the forum posts and bug reports they refuse to give any info. The GM I talked to said the dev team had only been aware of the issue a couple of hours. Seeing as this is the 2nd weekend with no CTA, numerous forum posts and bug reports, I think that speaks volume to Warmanes ability to run things.

14 hours elapsed since they must know about it according the posts here, and still no cta...:D

Give up on that CTA and hope that we'll get any during TBC instead.
