no one can tell no one will be able to tell, just wait till like 5 months after wotlk release so you can see which factions win most and then join them.

Seems they aren't even doing as many city-raids, either. I've heard of one so far from Horde, and probably 5 from Ally.

but the fact remains no one can tell and either you wait or level chars on both sides there is no other solution to your problem.
