crashes are expected due to new events that are not scripted well, they were scripted in few days and they didn't predict all exceptions so now it is hard to point what is causing the crash, it is common problem in programming but u usually use some environment that can warn u about that but here that is not possible, it is much complex and harder to predict.
It would be much easier if they focused more devs fixing ragnaros bugs then making Lordaeron better >.<
