Make some friends and join a guild and queue with them , I don't see any problem here .

I play on horde side and what you say is almost true, we dont lose 90% of bgs but a big portion nontheless(higher than60% for sure but most of the lost ones are avs in which horde is at a disadvantage cause of the layout of this ****hole of a bg), but i dont aggre with your solution of mixed bgs. I played one month on arena tournament and couldnt cope with it anymore... I wasnt playing wow if anyone knows what i mean, im a fcking tauren and i cant be at the same team with dranei and gnomes, it just doesnt feel right, we play this game because of the lore and overall experience, we cant fck it up to balance factions in bgs...
A propable solution could be to give free transfer from alliance to horde but not from horde to alliance but since factions are equally populated i dont think this is gonna happen anytime soon. Anyway i agree with your concerns but i dont agree with the solution you propose.
P.S.: i hope you are not one of those guys that see a 3k player in the bg and say: we lost , fck we lost for sure....
Yesterday this happened twice, we had 2 guys saying from the start that we lost better lose fast.... And we steamrolled the alliance for over half the points in eots two times in a row... So even if you see low geared players remember that allies have the same number and that high geared allies rarely join bgs currently...
This made me lol so hard. AV is a wonderful map for horde to play on, it's just horde here don't know how to pvp or run AV, but as a matter of fact Horde have several choke points in AV while Alliance have 1. It's not Blizzard or Warmanes fault that Horde refuse to team up and use those choke points, but if horde players wanna keep crying and not solving their own problems, that's on them. No one's going to fix this game faster then one's self.
When I play horde in Retail WoW and we want wins, we get several like minded players on vent and all start queueing for the same bg and greatly increase our chances to win and i know this as not only have I been playing retail wow since early TBC, but also been a member of several premading groups through out the years including the most recent group called <Hydra> and we'd spend a full hour curb stomping alliance in AV as we know how to roll in AV.
Anyways, that's my two cents. If you're gonna pug bg's you're gonna have to be force to except whatever life gives you and insisting on begging Warmane to fix something that they shouldn't have to worry about. I'd also like to leave you this cute little video of <Hydra> dominating AV and rolling the Alliance and let you see first hand that Horde have a strong upper hand on the map.

I actually knew some of these guys and it even shows how we queued into av. So maybe you can learn something from this video.
