I run a lot of RDF N's when im bored on my main character with groups including Brazilians to "boost" them a little.
It's just that when I make a group for something that requires more DPS I tend to skip over some (when there's enough people who whisper for the rolls needed(so definitly not always)) because out of experience they tend to do less dps, I dont think anyone should be offended by that, it's just out of personal experience.
Maybe I shoulden't have singled out Brazilians in my original post and I apologise if someone felt offended because of it, I just did because there are a large number of brazilians who play and from my experience it's the biggest selection of people I've grouped with that had "less" dps then they should've had for their IL. So I definitly didn't mean ONLY Brazilians do less dps, it could've been anyone, for me it's just the biggest selection of people.
In regards to the original poster of this thread asking why people ask for such high IL for RHC's etc., my intention was to say that some people do less dps for their IL which is maybe why they ask for higher IL to run RHC to balance out the DPS more.
Again, I'm sorry if anyone felt offended by it, and it definitly wasen't meant as a racist comment or anything like that.
Well, Im from Brazil and I dont know if you perceive the problems I see, but the majority of people, even on the internet, dont read english, so for a majority all that amazing guides and such are just out of reach, and we have a serious problem with internet providers here, the majority is using unreliable connections which reach 100 kbps at max, its very rare and only in capitols you may find good connections of 1 mbps, which for some countries is a really basic connection speed. Just saying to shed some lights as to why brazilians may fall behind with dps, its hard to do a good rotation if you're lagging or having constant freezes, so it may not entirely be a case of incompetency. Heck, I read on some retail forums that its impossible to do pvp competitively if you get more than 100 in latency, but my connection (which is 1 mbps) stands between 200 and 300, but we do what we can with what we have, so..
