Reasoning behind server restart?

I hope these updates fix the horrible delay that happens when people use abilities like displacer beast or roll. The positional updates happen so slow since the last month or so.

Hitbox on windwalker seems to be bugged too, I can be right on top of my target and still won't be able to hit.

I knew I was not imagining this. Doesn't happens all he time, imo, but sometimes it does get weird.

P.S. Speaking about thread issue, I guess it was fixed since no more comments so far (?) (I haven't played since yesterday, so I haven't checked status yet).
