How can i complete the "A Frosty Shake" achievement when i don't have the quest anymore to get the "Winter Veil Disguise Kit" ... tried doing the quest on my Alt but didn't get the item.
I have the same problem only that achivment left, to complete all of them for title and ther is no daily quest to get "Winter Veil Disguise Kit" i tryd on all my chars to get "Winter Veil Disguise Kit" but i didnt drop Skybro if you see this pls can you do something :)

I can't get the Winter Veil Disguise Kit as well.
Edit : Just got the mail with item, completed the achievement and got the title. Thanks for the fix!
