Hello! Yes, Herkumi will be more useful, especially if you are far from bis, compensating from the lack of haste from hands/black/wrist, and diminishing return is lower since you are missing these items.

Easiest upgrade would be Bryntroll HC (though may have to bash some pugs head to get it.) for you.

A Paladin with worse gear than me from the guild had the same dps as me (bis offsets, sm) and he basically had 1000 agility because he was unlucky with items and got a bunch of agi items. So I guess the agi bis list is the way to go. Too bad I got winding sheet (Im mostly pvp’ing)
Most of the items are interchangeable with their strength counterparts. Having one of those slots with a strength item won't break you until you're able to replace it.

Aldriana's Gloves of Secrecy beats Fleshrending Gauntlets in dps if everything else is BiS as standard.
Why is that?
When I do some small calculations I come to the fact that somehow 90 armp + 58~ agi together is better than 205 AP ((102 STR)) (talent + kings + trueshot aura included)
That is the only reason I can see. I have been trying to understand why Flesh is seen as BiS for hours now with the help of this simulator, but I just can't.

It's hard to say, especially given it's a sim site devoted to classic, which has had changes VS original wotlk. Things like the glyph that enables hand of reckoning to be used in a dps rotation, as it removes the taunt. Also that plenty of people on classic wotlk seemingly didn't seem to understand that agility only offers melee crit, not magic, and what that means for a Ret - or that Blizzard changed how the stat functions to just give flat crit.
The latter point makes me suspicious of these sims, because of all the sims I'd seen of original wotlk weren't quite so agility itemization heavy, because the RNG involved in more AP/STR focused can once-in-while net higher dps than a more CRIT/AGI focused build, which affects the outcome of sims due to permutations over tens of thousands of possible outcomes of boss dps.
The information provided here is information that was based on all the sims and information we had prior to classic existing, and this sim is for classic, and that is the only sort of reasons I can think of in conflicting results in the sims.
Yeah, any sim that was created to help simulate in classic could do some diffrent math than what exists on warmane.
But how to know which simulator is the closests if you don't know how warmane is coded in detail?
I also now tried Rawr 2.3.23 and it says that:
Anub'ar Stalker's Gloves and Sindragosa's Cruel Claw are the best hand and neck.
These choices combined with a 10 STR 10 HASTE gem in every yellow socket for 4 AGI bonus. (Shadowvault Slayer's Cloak, Anub'ar Stalker's Gloves, Ashen Band of Endless Vengeance, Signet of Twilight)
One 20 EXP red gem also somewhere, but I think thats standard.
I guess we will never know.
Another funny thing is that WoWsims.github wants the priority for best DPS to be: HoW > JoW > CS > DS > Exorsim > Consecration
While Rawr 2.3.23 wants it to be> HoW > JoW > DS > CS > Consecration > Exorsim
Thanks for responding btw, but do you have anything you can debunk with by knowing this server more than most people or is it just up to "the math" to be very precise according to how the Warmane server works?

What I mentioned above is purely Classic WotLK vs OG WotLK. As far as how things may work *differently* here due to differences via private server scripting, it's hard to say. I believe everything works as it should, and if not, they are minor discrepancies that nobody has really noticed.
Hey people, how should the issue with expertise rating be handled when someone moves from Glorenzelg weapon to Shadowmourne to make up the difference.
If we use the glyph for seal of Corruption to gain 10 expertise rating, how much of an issue is it when we want to use seal better suited for AOE damage like Seal of Command? As in, is it worth it to switch rings from the BiS lists to rings like Skeleton Lord's circle or Seal of Many Mouths to get some expertise back?
Or basically say screw it, and just have enough expertise only with seal of corruption?
