I missed this ****. Getting up in 6 o'clock, going for a long, well-paced run, then doing intensive circuit body workout. I'm about to hit ice cold shower to make even more fresh and awake, and it's barely few mins past nine. Whole day awaiting for me. Life is good :)
@Gab Depends on your normal body temperature and what you've been doing and wearing on yourself past few hours. 20 degrees Celsius is almost my personal optimal temperature but I do catch up myself shaking sometimes. My advice: Go hit a shower and redress. That kinda makes me feel "reseted".
